What are compute credits?
A USD balance that pays for GPU work: auto-annotation, model training, deployments, image generation and editing, and workflows. Every plan includes a monthly allowance ($5 Free, $29 Core, $50 Pro, $100 Team). Manual annotation is always free.
What does auto-annotation or training cost?
Interactive SAM3 auto-annotation is about a cent per image; batch auto-annotation is a fraction of a cent. Training is billed by the GPU-second, so a small run is usually a few dollars. You see an estimate before you start.
What is included on the free plan?
$0, no card: $5 of monthly compute, 5,000 images, and 2 GB storage. Everything runs on Free: auto-annotation, training, deployments, workflows, every export format, and the API, Python SDK, and CLI your agent drives. Compute is the only limit, and you can add a card for pay-as-you-go. AI image generation and editing start on Core ($29/mo).
Are there per-seat or per-label fees?
No. You pay a flat monthly plan that includes compute, and buy more only if you exceed it, never per user or per label. Manual annotation is always free.
Does my compute allowance roll over?
No. It renews each billing period, and unused compute does not carry over. Prepaid pay-as-you-go credits do carry over.
What happens if I run out of compute?
By default, paid operations pause at your allowance, and we warn you first. Add a card to turn on pay-as-you-go (auto-recharge or on-demand credits), or upgrade for a larger allowance.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime, effective immediately with billing prorated.
What if I exceed my image or storage limits?
We warn you as you approach them. Upgrade for more headroom, or wait for the next billing cycle.
